¹⁴ or of governors as sent by him to punish those who do wrong and to commend those who do good works. ¹⁵ For it is the will of God that by doing right you should silence the ignorant talk of fools.

¹⁶ As servants of God, behave as free people, but do not use your freedom as a means to cover up wrongdoing.
